Was founded as a free clinic in 1970 and licensed as a nonprofit community clinic in 1985.
We are no longer a “Free Clinic.” We offer quality medical, dental and health education services to low-income and uninsured residents of Orange County by utilizing a sliding fee scale and public support funds for care reimbursement.
