Our Back to Business program is designed to help meet the needs of businesses and workers impacted by COVID-19. We understand that the health crisis has raised many concerns about personal health, compounded by economic impacts to many that have resulted in a loss of insurance or the means to pay for medical care.

• Aftercare for those recovering from COVID-19 or COVID-19 symptoms

  • Prompt-Pay Plan for patients with high-deductable health plans, or who don't qualify for sliding scale
  • Hardship Exemption
  • Free Affordable Care Act/Medical Insurance Counseling to assist application process
